Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver to the US?
Absolutely! We ship across the United States with reliable tracked shipping.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
How long does delivery take?
Since our mugs are made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production, plus shipping time.
United States: Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
International: Standard shipping takes 5–20 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated delivery: 6–23 business days.
Please note: these are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Do you charge duties/taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Product & Quality
What materials are your mugs made from? Are they food-safe/dishwasher-safe?
Our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are fully food-safe. They are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and free from lead and BPA. We recommend hand-washing to preserve the design and extend the life of your mug, but rest assured they are built to last.
Are the designs hand-painted or printed?
Our designs are professionally printed onto the ceramic using a process that ensures vibrant, long-lasting results.
What size are your mugs? How much do they hold?
Our mugs are available in 11 oz and 15 oz sizes — perfect for your morning brew or an extra-large potion. Check individual product pages for size availability, as not all designs come in both sizes.
Will the design fade over time?
With proper care (hand-washing recommended), your mug's design should remain vivid for years to come.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of your order, feel free to reach out at info@brewcrewmugs.com.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our mugs arrive in protective packaging that keeps them safe in transit. Looking to send one as a gift? You can add a personal note at checkout — we'll make sure it gets there in one piece! 🖤

We carry two distinct collections:

How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and hip measurements in inches. Our apparel runs in a relaxed, unisex fit — when in doubt, size up for an oversized look.
How is the apparel made?
Our apparel is printed on demand by our print partners using high-quality all-over sublimation printing. Each piece is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Can I return or exchange apparel?
Since all apparel is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Orders & Customization
Can I request a custom design or personalization?
We love custom requests! Please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and availability.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Since our products are made to order, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We love supporting bulk orders! However, because our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners, shipping costs on large quantities can be significant. For bulk or wholesale inquiries — including custom quotes — please contact us at info@brewcrewmugs.com and we'll work something out together.
Returns & Damage
What if my mug arrives broken or damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What is your return/exchange policy?
As our products are made to order, we generally don't accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
