Returns and Refunds
Since all our products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Quality Guarantee
We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a printing error or quality issue with the product
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@brewcrewmugs.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your case and, if approved, provide instructions for return or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Process
If we approve your return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- We will work with our fulfillment partner to send you a replacement at no additional cost
- In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item
- If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
Note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or items that have been used, worn, or washed, as all products are custom-made to order.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
International Orders
For international customers:
- The same quality guarantee applies worldwide
- We provide free return shipping for defective or damaged items worldwide
- Customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method
- Please allow additional processing time for international returns due to longer shipping times
